24-hour Reception

The hotel reception is staffed around the clock. So you never need to worry about unexpected situations in the middle of the night: there will be a member of staff available to attend to you and to summon help if necessary. After many years of operating, we have a lot of experience in the varied needs of our guests, and in dealing with the unexpected!

Bar

The Ballantrae Hotel has a small private bar for the use of our guests, which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Relax in the comfort of our downstairs bar, and celebrate with a drink or two, as you look back on another day of activity and enjoyment!

Breakfast room

There is a breakfast room for our guests, which can be used for taking breakfast and afternoon tea. Decorated to a high standard of comfort and elegance, it retains historic features such as the high ceilings that are so characteristic of buildings of this period.
